TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take time to read through this section before booking my services. By booking a Bridal or occasion hair with Hair by Kerry, you as the client agrees that themselves and all members of the bridal party having their hair styled by Kerry are covered by the following terms and conditions.

Deposits

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold and secure the date of your wedding in Kerry's diary. This deposit can then be redeemed off the final balance for the bridal party on your chosen wedding date. Final balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the wedding date. Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

If in the unlikely event, you need to cancel your bridal hair appointment and have provided written notice via email at least 16 weeks prior to the booked wedding date you will not require to pay the final balance. If however you notify me of a cancellation and provide anything less than 15 weeks notice a 50% charge of the final balance will need to be made payable to Hair by Kerry. In all cases of cancellations the deposit remains non-refundable.

If you require to re-arrange your wedding date Hair by Kerry will accommodate this wherever possible.

If extremely unforeseen circumstances arise, such as i become very ill and I am unable to work for you on your wedding day, I will contact you and arrange for any payment to be refunded to you or transferred to another hairstylist who will look after your wedding day hairstyling.

Hair requirements

Please note, hair must be washed and blowdried the day before the wedding. If a member of the bridal party has wet hair on the wedding day an additional fee of £25 will be applied for the blow dry. Hair is only to be washed the morning of the wedding if having a blow-dry service only.

Photography and privacy

You agree that Kerry can photograph whoever is having their hair styled within your bridal party. These photos can be used for Kerry's website and social media purely for business purposes.

Data protection

Any personal data collected from you will be stored safely and securely and under no circumstances will be passed to a third party. All records will be destroyed within a set time frame following the data protection law.
